Crimea - Day 2

The second day of the trip we walked down to the shore of Yalta (about a 15 minute walk from the apartment we stayed in), had breakfast and took a one-hour boat ride to the city of Alupka. On the way down to the harbor, Jeff enjoyed taking pictures of older buildings.

The scenery was just stunning

Vorontsov Palace in Alupka

The palace also has massive grounds
I had to put this picture in - aparently there has been a revival of mullets and MC Hammer pants (I am yet to take picture of those - too hard to be discreet about it while poinint the camera at someone's butt).
A boat identical to the one we took

"Swallow's Nest" a small castle built on the edge of the cliff

Sophia - so adorable and super flexible
